PRI provides day-to-day management of energy procurement services. Since most of our clients chose the Full Service Strategic Management option, intense management became the routine, to the benefit of all clients.  

 
Prospect Resources develops a customized strategic plan that is both time-intensive and fast moving. The plan is based on local rates, rules-of-the-game, natural gas storage availability, financial hedging and the client’s preferences and risk tolerance. Then large suppliers are asked to bid for the business. This request for pricing is very specific and detailed to allow apples-to-apples comparisons. Price components and contractual clauses are evaluated to make sure that the client will clearly understand all the options available. Once a supplier is chosen, Prospect Resources will negotiate and prepare a customized contract, taylored to each clients needs. After contracts are signed, Prospect Resources closely monitors and executes the multi-step purchasing strategy, all the while adjusting plans to market realities.
 
For many other brokers/consultants, once they can get a customer to sign a contract that fixes a price for a year or longer, their work is done. For Prospect Resources, however, the real work begins once a contract is signed and they become your outsourced energy procurement department.
